
Refunds & Cancellation Policy
At Wildstone AI, we aim to provide high-quality, custom chatbot solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client. Due to the nature of our work, which includes strategic planning, development, and implementation, our refund and cancellation policy is outlined below:
Setup Fee
The setup fee covers the consultation, design, build, and launch of your custom chatbot. As this work involves significant time and resources from the outset, the setup fee is non-refundable once payment has been received and work has begun.
Monthly Retainer
The monthly retainer fee covers ongoing support, maintenance, and updates. This fee is billed on a rolling monthly basis and is due in advance, as specified in your service agreement.
You may cancel your ongoing service at any time with 30 days’ written notice.
No refunds will be issued for any partial month of service or unused time during your final month once billing has occurred.
If you cancel within the notice period, services will continue until the end of that 30-day period.
Service Adjustments
We strive to deliver chatbots that evolve with your business. Minor changes and seasonal updates are included as part of the monthly retainer. Significant changes or requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees, which will be clearly communicated before any work is carried out.
Termination for Breach
If either party materially breaches the terms of the Service Agreement and fails to remedy the issue within 14 days of written notice, the Agreement may be terminated with immediate effect. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for work already completed.
